*Applicable to regularly sized shipping items, and standard shipping only. This excludes the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. 

Certain items may not be eligible for free shipping due to their size and we reserve the right to discriminate these items as necessary. Such items will not accept the CYBERMONDAY discount code at checkout. Should an error occur, we reserve the right to contact the customer at offer the customer the option to cancel the order or pay an additional shipping fee.

Please note that not all of the items shown on our site are in stock at our warehouse; but are orderable from our suppliers. Please allow 1-3 business days in addition to shipping times for in-stock products, and 5-10 business days in addition to shipping times for products not in stock. If a product is needed by a certain date, please ensure the shipping method chosen allows sufficient time for arrival including handling time. Entire orders will be shipped together if possible, unless other arrangements have been made.

We are not responsible for loss or shipping damage once your order has been picked up from our store; be it directly by you or the shipping company. Should you have any concerns regarding the condition of your order upon arrival, please contact us immediately, or at maximum within 3 days, at info@ralphsmotorsports.ca so we can start a claim with the shipping company on your behalf.

We try our best to keep our inventories as up to date as possible, but from time to time items may sell out with our suppliers in between inventory updates. Should this occur, we will refund your order.

Note that we are closed Friday-Monday on most holiday long weekends.
